The team in Singapore has in-depth knowledge and expertise in all aspects of aviation financing and works closely with the Asset Finance team in Paris to provide our clients with a wide range of products and services. SHIPPING & OFFSHORE FINANCE
CIC specialises in the financing of shipping and offshore assets and container boxes, providing senior secured debt, limited and non-resource financing and French tax leases. Leveraging on the experience and global expertise of the Asset Finance & Securitisation team in Paris, the Shipping desk in Singapore started in 2003, covering the Asia Pacific region in key active markets such as Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea and Japan.
CIC participates in the financing of the following industrial vessels and shipping-related equipment:

PROJECT FINANCE
CIC originates, structures and provides financing solutions for project finance transactions globally. Working in close collaboration with the Project Finance team in Paris, the team in Singapore has been actively involved in major project finance transactions in Asia-Pacific since 1995.
CIC supports large-scale project financing by offering its global financing expertise, capital markets capabilities, and industry sector knowledge. We arrange and participate in tailor-made limited recourse financing structures and offer competitive long-term funding solutions in sectors including:

The Acquisition Finance team in Asia Pacific started in Singapore in 2003 and is part of a dedicated global business line. Today, the Asia Acquisition team has execution capabilities in Singapore and Hong Kong. Benefitting from CIC’s global experience and sound track record, CIC offers strategic and structured financing solutions including leverage buy-out, corporate acquisition, public-to-private, dividend recapitalization & refinancing.
